  1. SHERI HOLSTEGE - PRESIDENT
    SHERI HOLSTEGE - PRESIDENT
    Sheri is responsible for financial and accounting operations, client relations, and business development. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 1991. Her experience includes office buildings, retail centers, industrial and warehouse properties, owner-occupied facilities, commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, site condominiums, and multi-family developments. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Sheri is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and currently serves as Treasurer of Haven Huis NonProfit Housing Corp. In 2014, she was nominated for the Lakeshore ATHENA award and Grand Rapids Business Journal Women-Owned Businesses award.
  2. CLAIRE KRYGER - PROPERTY MANAGER
    CLAIRE KRYGER - PROPERTY MANAGER
    Claire is responsible for the daily operations of her portfolio and training of new employees. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 2001. Her experience includes office buildings, retail centers, owner-occupied facilities, commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, site condominiums, and multi-family developments. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University. Claire is licensed as Real Estate Salesperson. She served as the Treasurer for Hoekstra for Congress and Bookkeeper for Hoekstra for Governor.

    CHRIS DEKKER - PROPERTY MANAGER
    Chris is responsible for the daily operating of his portfolio. He has worked in the real estate management industry since 2010. His experience includes commercial properties, vacation rentals, homeowners and condominium associations, site condominiums, owner-occupied properties. He is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson.
  4. CHERYL CONDON - PROPERTY MANAGER
    CHERYL CONDON - PROPERTY MANAGER
    Cheryl is responsible for the daily operations of her portfolio. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 2006. Her experience includes homeowners and condominiums associations, site condominiums and commercial condominiums, She attended Aquinas College and is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson. She serves as a Board Director for a 78-unit condominium association.
  5. ALYSSA MCKAY - PROPERTY MANAGER
    ALYSSA MCKAY - PROPERTY MANAGER
    Alyssa is responsible for the daily operations of her portfolio. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 2011. Her experience includes office buildings, multi-site storage facilities, site condominiums, homeowners and condominium associations. She is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and is working on a marketing degree.
  6. KAREN WEDEVEN - ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
    KAREN WEDEVEN - ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
    Karen is responsible for supporting the financial and accounting functions for all portfolios. She has worked in the financial industry since 1997. Her experience includes banking and commercial contract accounting. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for her church.
  7. JANNA LONG - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    Janna is responsible for supporting the staff and assisting in day to day operations of the office. She has worked in the customer service industry since 2006.
  8. JENNY YONKER - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
    JENNY YONKER - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
    Jenny is responsible for assisting Claire Kryger & Chris Dekker with the daily operations of their portfolios. She attended Grand Valley State University and has worked in customer service since 1998. She has volunteered with Camp Sunshine since 2002 and currently serves as a board member for the Run for the Sun 5K.
ESSTEE MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance team is available for 24 hour emergency services, small repairs and projects, or managing contractors onsite.
